Find your avatar's link (i.e.http://www.vrprincesskj.com/avs/no_cache/alad.wrl), than choose Options-Personal data in the right lower window and put your avatars link in Avatar URL field.

TO make it easier right click on the desired link of your avatar and select "Copy Shortcut" or if using Netscape: "Copy Link Location". In contact double click on your name Paste in the copied shortcut into the avatar URL field Click the OK button. To preview the avatar's gestures click on the "view gestures" to the right.
